PLACEMENT HEAD Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placement Head to lead our Training and Placement Cell. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student development and corporate relations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with top recruiters and industry partners. Organize campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry talks. Prepare students for interviews through training, resume reviews, and mock sessions. Coordinate with department heads to align academic goals with industry requirements. Track placement metrics and report regularly to management. Collaborate with alumni for job opportunities and mentorship programs. Promote the institute's brand to potential recruiters. Meet placement targets and report on placement statistics * Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Education) 4+ years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, Strong network in corporate recruitment across various sectors Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Coordinate with students and companies and align interviews. Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job openings. Maintain student files as needed. Any other duties assigned by the Placement Officer.
