Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for the Online & Distance Learning Center. - Expand the portfolio of UGC-approved ODL programs aligned with market demand, industry needs, and university objectives. - Lead digital transformation initiatives for scalable and impactful online learning delivery. - Oversee curriculum design, instructional innovation, and quality assurance in online and distance education programs. - Collaborate with deans, faculty, and industry experts to design career-relevant and interdisciplinary courses. - Ensure content meets accreditation standards and global best practices. - Implement and manage advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms for seamless student experience. - Drive integration of AI, AR/VR, and other EdTech tools to enhance learning engagement. - Ensure robust digital infrastructure, data security, and accessibility for learners worldwide. - Develop learner support services, including academic advising, counseling, and career guidance. - Implement analytics-driven tracking of student performance, retention, and outcomes. - Foster a learner-centric culture with flexible and inclusive education opportunities. - Ensure all programs meet UGC-DEB and NAAC quality benchmarks. - Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and submit timely reports/documentation. - Keep the university updated on national and international trends in online education policies. - Establish partnerships with global universities, EdTech companies, and industry leaders. - Represent IIMT University in educational forums, conferences, and collaborations. - Promote programs through effective marketing, outreach, and alumni engagement. Qualifications Required: - Ph.D./Doctorate with a strong academic background (preferred in Education, Technology, or Management). - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in online/distance learning leadership. - Proven expertise in managing large-scale online/ODL programs and regulatory compliance. - Strong understanding of EdTech platforms, digital pedagogy, and learner engagement strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
