Job Description: As a Placement Officer - Pre Placement Activities at MVJ College of Engineering (MVJCE), your role will involve designing, planning, and implementing pre-placement training programs to prepare students for campus recruitment. You will be responsible for equipping students with essential skills in aptitude, communication, group discussions, and personal interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared to face corporate hiring processes with confidence. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and planning pre-placement training programs. - Implementing training programs to enhance students" skills in aptitude, communication, group discussions, and personal interviews. - Ensuring students are well-prepared for campus recruitment processes. - Collaborating with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to optimize training programs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Placement/Training Coordination or Career Services. - Graduation / Post Graduation degree in any discipline.
