The main responsibility of this role is to connect with companies and build partnerships so they can hire trained students from us. The ideal candidate should have experience in job consultancy or recruitment and enjoy working with people and building relationships. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to companies to create hiring partnerships Talk to HR professionals and explain how our students can meet their hiring needs Collect job openings from companies and share suitable student profiles Maintain strong communication with company contacts and follow up regularly Plan and manage placement drives and interviews for students Keep a record of company tie-ups, job openings, and placement results Coordinate with the internal team to meet placement goals Stay updated with hiring trends and job market changes Requirements: Graduate in any stream (HR, Marketing, or Business preferred) 2 to 5 years of experience in job consultancy Strong communication and relationship-building skills Target-driven and self-motivated Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn, and online job platforms Experience in organizing hiring events is a plus Preferred Skills: Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing tools Understanding of job roles and company hiring needs Strong follow-up and coordination abilities Knowledge of email and number finders to extract HR contact details Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Relationship management: 1 year (Preferred) Career counseling: 1 year (Preferred) Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Marathi (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
