Internship Summary: As a Technical Support Intern, you will work closely with the IT and operations teams to support various technical tasks including system support, group communication management, hardware troubleshooting, ERP/HRMS platform assistance, and asset tracking. This role is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to kickstart their careers in the tech field. Key Responsibilities: Batch WhatsApp Group Management Create and manage batch WhatsApp groups as per guidelines. Ensure timely updates and accuracy of group data. Maintain proper records and documentation. In-Office IT Support Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Support day-to-day tech operations within the office. Update technical documentation as required. ClassPlus Support Assist in resolving basic issues related to the ClassPlus platform. Communicate with vendors and internal teams for support and updates. Monitor platform performance regularly. Portal Access Management Help manage access rights based on user status. Track and update users with pending and active accounts. Coordinate changes with internal teams. ERP Support Provide basic support for ERP system users. Assist in regular system maintenance and updates. Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting. HRMS Support Assist with technical queries related to the HRMS platform. Help the HR team with updates and user training. Monitor system functionality and report issues. LMS Assistance Support end-users in understanding and using the Learning Management System. Conduct or assist in basic training sessions. General Technical Assistance Provide help on miscellaneous IT issues. Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT practices. Assist other departments to improve technical workflows. Asset Management Support inventory tracking of IT assets. Record allocation and return of equipment. Help with proper disposal of outdated hardware. Hardware Support Assist with diagnosing basic hardware issues. Help in performing maintenance and repairs. Coordinate with vendors under supervision. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or final-year student in any discipline. Interest in IT, computer systems, and technical support. Basic knowledge of software, hardware, and troubleshooting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and take initiative. Team player with attention to detail.
