Duties/Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for job placement enquiries.
Stay informed about job market trends, employer needs, and available resources.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers and department stakeholders.
Organize job fairs and events to facilitate student-employer connections.
Promote job placement services to students.
Assist with resume writing, interviewing skills, and job search strategies.
Collect and meticulously track data on job placement rates and student satisfaction.
Generate comprehensive reports on job placement activities and outcomes.
Staying in touch with corporates/ MNCs, to stay updated about the current market trends and Job market.
Willing to comply and achieve the given placement targets within TAT.
