What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with companies to create job/internship opportunities
• Coordinate campus placement drives or hiring campaigns
• Guide and prepare candidates for interviews
• Maintain placement records and build strategic partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to multitask and manage placement logistics
• Experience in HR/recruitment/campus placement is a plus
• Strong commitment to helping candidates succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring partners and employers
• Organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and interview processes
• Provide career counselling, resume reviews, and interview preparation
• Maintain accurate data and generate placement reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for student readiness and tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple employers.
