Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Visakhapatnam. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing employer relationships, coordinating placement activities, supporting students in job searches, and monitoring placement outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, preparing students for interviews, and maintaining placement records.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Customer Service and Recruiting
Background in Education and related fields
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
