Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Kochi. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing student placements, engaging with companies to develop job opportunities, and providing career guidance to students. Additionally, the role involves maintaining placement records, organizing job fairs and campus recruitment drives, and building relationships with employers to enhance job placement rates.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• 2 years of Experience in Placement and Recruiting
• Educational background or experience in training and career guidance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculties, and employers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Previous experience in placement coordination or similar role is a plus
