Flutter Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on Flutter and Dart. The trainer will be responsible for guiding students or professionals through the fundamentals to advanced concepts of mobile app development using Flutter, helping them build real-world applications, and ensuring industry-relevant skill development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive training sessions on Flutter and Dart for students and professionals (online/offline). Design course materials, hands-on assignments, and projects based on current industry standards. Explain core concepts such as widget trees, state management, API integration, Firebase, and UI/UX principles. Provide mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions to ensure deep understanding. Conduct demo sessions and assist in handling training inquiries and admissions when required. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter and mobile app development. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and engagement in both individual and group sessions. Ensure all training videos and course materials developed for the company remain company property and are not used for personal or outside purposes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart. Hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, third-party libraries, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in teaching/training is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
