Placement Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Determine placement requirements and assist all interested students ,candidates to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.
  
• Act as a liaison between the students and potential employers to ensure the students are successfully placed in the job market.
  
• Maintain a database of the potential candidates and update it regularly to track the progress of their application.
  
• To proactively contact and collaborate with various employers, companies, agencies.
  
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments of various education institutions as well.
  
• Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.
  
• Conduct training programs for students to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.
  
• Give feedback to students on their resume.
  
• Constantly give feedback to students on their application progress
  
• Set up interviews for the interested students and coordinate the schedules accordingly.
  
• Answering and tending to student queries on various platforms on a timely basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Under graduation is a must.
  
• 0-1 years of experience as a placement coordinator.
  
• Amazing verbal and written communication.
  
• Must have a positive attitude.
  
• Display constant enthusiasm towards work
  
• Knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing is a bonus
  
• Must be professional at all times
