Role: Placement Coordinator (Corporate Relations)
Location: Indore (On-site, full-time)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

IOTA Academy is seeking a Placement Coordinator to support our student placement activities in IT fields like Data Analytics, Web Development, and Data Science.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews between students and employers.
• Assist in resume reviews, mock interviews, and student readiness.
• Maintain daily placement tracker and provide updates.
• Support employer outreach and follow-ups with the Corporate Relations Manager.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment/placements. Fresh MBA-HR or graduates are welcome.
• Good communication skills and strong coordination ability.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Office.
