Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator at our Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad location. The Placement Coordinator will manage and organize placement activities for students, liaise with healthcare companies to establish placement opportunities, and maintain relationships with industry partners. Additionally, this role involves conducting mock interviews, providing career counseling, and guiding students in resume-building and job preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Team coordination, organizational skills, and ability to manage placement activities
• Knowledge of the healthcare, clinical research, or related industry; prior experience in placement coordination or human resources is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant tools
• A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving placement targets
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in a field relevant to healthcare or management
