Placement Associate

The Placement Support Associate plays a crucial role in supporting students or job seekers to secure employment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with hiring partners, arranging placement activities, preparing candidates for interviews, and maintaining accurate placement records. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to helping individuals achieve success in their careers. You will be responsible for assisting in scheduling interviews, job fairs, and campus drives in collaboration with employers and internal teams. Building and nurturing strong relationships with hiring partners to identify both current and future job opportunities will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will support students/job seekers with resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and job readiness sessions. Maintaining up-to-date records of student profiles, placement status, and employer contacts using CRM or spreadsheets will be a part of your duties. You will also be expected to generate regular reports on placement progress, employer feedback, and candidate performance. Conducting regular follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to monitor progress and collect testimonials or feedback is essential. Furthermore, you will assist in career workshops, webinars, and alumni engagement activities as required. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
