Placement Associate

You will be responsible for managing all student progress and preparing strategies to overcome issues. Your tasks will include arranging guest lectures, visits to local parlors, induction sessions, and different sessions. You will also look after the placements for students at the hub center, maintain pre-placement and post-placement data, and check the quality of training at the centers, submitting reports accordingly. Taking the initiative in creating new placement partnerships and tie-ups in coordination with the Central team will be part of your role. Tracking the students throughout their employment in the city and providing mentorship support, including counseling, assistance with finding accommodation, resolving issues with employers, establishing a social network, and providing emergency support will be essential. Additionally, capturing feedback from students and recruiters and building connections with current and past employers and clients are crucial aspects of the job. Qualifications required for this role include willingness to travel regularly, a minimum qualification of graduation, at least 1 year of experience in the field, ownership of a two-wheeler with the required documents, basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word, Internet, etc.), good communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi & the Regional Language (Kannad), and experience or interest in training, teaching, and coordinating.
