Placement Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for informing students over the phone about job opportunities posted on the job portal and providing them with proper guidance and support. Additionally, you will inform students about job interviews, collect feedback on interview results, and provide job descriptions to students based on company requirements. Building relationships and establishing tie-ups with companies over the phone to learn about job vacancies will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Inform students about job opportunities and provide guidance and support - Communicate job interview details and collect interview result feedback - Provide job descriptions to students according to company requirements - Track and report student placement results, updating feedback in MS Excel - Build relationships and establish tie-ups with companies over the phone to learn about job vacancies Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of basic MS Excel - Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi - Graduation degree - Freshers to 2 years of working experience - Maximum age limit of 30 years Note: The job location is Topsia for a full-time position with a salary up to 15K CTC. The job type is permanent for fresher candidates. Benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule is day shift with the requirement to work in person.
