Job Summary: Elfos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality pizzas, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing pizza dough, assembling pizzas with various toppings, and ensuring every pizza meets our high standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare and stretch pizza dough to desired thickness and size.

Assemble pizzas with a variety of toppings according to customer orders and company recipes.

Operate pizza ovens, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager regarding stock needs.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist in other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong understanding of food safety practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat from ovens.
