ob Summary:The Neapolitan Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using traditional techniques, fresh ingredients, and high-temperature ovens while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:Prepare Neapolitan pizza dough using 00 flour and traditional methods Hand-stretch dough (no rolling pin) Prepare and manage tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh toppings Cook pizzas in a wood-fired / high-temperature oven (60–90 seconds bake) Ensure authentic texture, taste, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Monitor oven temperature and dough fermentation Assist with kitchen prep and inventory as required
