Piping Material Engineer

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, budget adherence, and project schedule compliance for piping material tasks. This includes reviewing the Clients" technical documentation and requirements, designing all piping components, and issuing project piping material specification and data sheets. You will also perform wall thickness calculations of pipes and prepare technical requisitions for piping components calls for tender. Additionally, you will be in charge of evaluating technical bids for piping components offers, issuing technical requisitions for piping components purchase orders, and reviewing and approving vendors" documents. It will be your responsibility to maintain project technical files, update Company standards, and perform inter-disciplines checking for documents related to the piping material section. Furthermore, you will check sub-contracted discipline engineering documents, documents issued by piping material engineers, and material take off issued by the drafting office. You will establish the Marian database, assist the inspection department, and support P&ID section preparation. It is essential for you to keep the Project Piping and Layout leader informed of any anticipated technical, financial, or delay risks on a regular basis.,
