The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing travel logistics, visa processing, claim reimbursements, and day-to-day team coordination. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points. Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion. Travel and Visa Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, local transportation, and itineraries. Handle visa applications, documentation, and liaise with embassies/visa consultants to ensure timely processing. Maintain records of travel documents, visas, and renewals. Claim and Reimbursement Processing: Collect, verify, and process employee reimbursement claims in line with company policies. Ensure timely submission and approval of claims. Liaise with finance for pay-outs and maintain accurate records of transactions. Team Support and Coordination: Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and offsites. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members (stationery, seating, IT access, etc.). Act as a point of contact for inter-departmental coordination and communication. Ticket Booking and Logistics: Book travel tickets and accommodations for employees and visitors as needed. Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds in coordination with travel partners. Maintain a tracker of travel bookings and budgets. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of visa procedures, travel portals, and reimbursement systems is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

We are looking for a right candidate to provide Piping Material Engineering services / support to Turnaround (TA) and Project engineering activities at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex. Provide Engineering support to a small / large portfolio of Capital Works Projects & Turnarounds. Principal Accountabilities: Material Selection - Evaluate and select appropriate materials for piping systems based on project requirements, including considerations such as fluid type, temperature, pressure, and environmental conditions. Compliance - Ensure that piping items designed with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM). Mechanical Properties - Ensure that piping items designed with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM). Material Testing - Plan and oversee testing and qualification programs to verify the suitability and performance of selected materials. Supplier Management - Evaluate and select suppliers of piping materials based on factors such as quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Vendor document review and approval. Documentation - Prepare technical specifications, material requisitions, and other documentation related to various piping components like valves/strainers etc. Piping Class Management - Add/Modify required piping items as per project requirements, Special piping item preparation. Bill of Material - Prepare MTO summary based upon PEFs or Model extraction or isometrics. Piping Stress Analysis - Basic exposure to stress analysis is required. The candidate should be open to working in cross-functional roles involving stress analysis. Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. 4-6 years of experience in piping material engineering, preferably in [industry sector]. Strong knowledge of piping materials and various piping inline items like flanges, bolts, gaskets, valves, strainers etc. Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, API 600, API 602, BS1873, ASME B 16.10, ASME B16.34, Proficiency in corrosion analysis techniques and mitigation strategies is added advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, CAESAR II, or equivalent is a plus. Good interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with all key project and turnaround stakeholders, including 3rd parties. Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. Role & responsibilities Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the General Counsel, who leads the Regulatory, Supervisory, and Corporate Affairs team, as well as other team members. Manage payment arrangements for external counsel in line with approved Legal Department practices. Assist in drafting and formatting a variety of documents including contracts, presentations, agreements, reports, proposals, meeting agendas, using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred candidate profile Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a supporting capacity for a legal team or organization. Previous experience in performing senior assistant role with proven competence in the following: o Diary management using Outlook (including ability to proactively manage diary conflicts). o Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Word, Power Point and Excel. o Organizing travel arrangements, including production of detailed itineraries. o Preparing and processing expenses. o Dealing with IT and Facilities as required (procuring equipment, investigating IT issues, new starter setups etc). o Organizing and storing electronic and paper records associated with the role. • You should be organized, efficient and capable of working with minimum supervision, able to work to tight deadlines and to proactively prioritize tasks, and a collaborative team player. Be comfortable, adaptable and able to work in a different location to the team in which they are supporting. Experience of working in the Industrial Plant sector would be an advantage.
