Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional who can create accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to interpret design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce accurate technical drawings.
Develop and maintain Drawing tracker, and revisions.
Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil, mechanical, or electrical works.(MEP)
Review drawings for errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain organized records of drawings and BOQ for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D view.
Strong understanding of construction materials and estimation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in preparing BOQ for Civil and Interior projects.
Familiarity with MS Excel and estimation tools.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting,3D view and BOQ preparation.
