Job Description

Provide L2 support
for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
Monitor
PingFederate and SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ platforms for system health, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot
and resolve SSO, provisioning, de-provisioning, and authentication issues.
Manage and support
integration of applications with PingFederate using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC.
Execute routine tasks
such as certificate renewals, user access reviews, sync jobs, workflow execution, and logs analysis.
Escalate
unresolved or complex issues to L3 teams or product vendors.
Document
issues, resolutions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and known error databases (KEDB).
Ensure SLA compliance
for ticket response and resolution.
