Job Description

Role Overview : Hub assistant As a hub assistance, you will ensure that every toy that leaves or returns to our hub is clean, complete, correctly logged, and ready to spark joy. You’ll be the hands-on support making sure our systems work smoothly—from inventory management to packaging. ✅ Key Responsibilities * Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and label toys for dispatch as per daily orders. * Returns Management: Receive, inspect, and process returned toys into the system. * Toy Cleaning & Hygiene: Follow SOPs for sanitizing, drying, and quality-checking all toys. * Inventory Organization: Arrange toys systematically on racks and maintain stock accuracy. * Coordination: Work closely with delivery partners and the Hub Manager for dispatch schedules. * System Usage: Use the EleFant mobile app or dashboard for marking toy statuses. * Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and kid-friendly. * Customer Readiness: Ensure every outgoing package looks neat and professionally packed. * Report Issues: Flag any missing/damaged toys or customer notes to the Hub Manager. 🧠 Who You Are * Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented * Quick learner – especially with mobile apps and simple tech * Organized and proactive in your work * Comfortable handling toys, cleaning materials, and packaging Team player who values responsibility and routine 🕑 Work Schedule 6 days a week Occasional weekend support during high order volume
