Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for medical aspirants. The faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students to excel in physics with a special focus on medical entrance examination requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics (Class XI, XII & NEET level) with clarity, enthusiasm, and student-friendly techniques.
• Design and deliver engaging lectures, interactive sessions, and problem-solving classes.
• Prepare academic plans, teaching materials, assignments, and test papers.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support.
• Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic team to design curriculum, study materials, and test series.
• Stay updated with the latest NEET exam patterns and syllabus changes.
• Motivate students to build confidence, consistency, and interest in Physics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) in Physics or a related discipline.
• Prior teaching experience in NEET/JEE/Medical coaching institutes preferred.
• Strong conceptual clarity and expertise in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Tamil proficiency is an added advantage).
• Ability to connect with students, inspire confidence, and make learning enjoyable.
