Job Description

As a Physician Liaison at CORA Physical Therapy, your primary responsibility is to drive new patient growth by establishing and maintaining communication with medical referral sources in the state of IL. Utilizing a consultative and relational sales approach, you will play a key role in bringing in new patients for Initial Evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with direct referral sources through scheduled account visits to attract new patient referrals. - Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual sales calls and presentations to introduce CORA services and new service lines to referral sources. - Maintain CRM activity tracking to document calls, call notes, and activities for effective follow-up. - Resolve physician customer service calls and take initiative to make decisions within the authorized scope of responsibility. - Follow up on specific questions, areas of interest, and concerns expressed by referral sources. - Facilitate the introduction of new referring physicians/key accounts to CORA Services. - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on referral source retention and growth strategies. - Assist in identifying referral growth strategy, setting referral growth goals, and calculating referral forecasts. - Act as a liaison between physicians, their office managers/support staff, and the clinic. - Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with physicians/providers. - Actively participate in educational activities and self-development to enhance professional growth. - Maintain a professional appearance and conduct as established by the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree OR Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/healthcare. - Healthcare sales and/or B2B sales experience is preferred. - Excellent face-to-face communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently, close new leads, and follow up on existing leads. - High energy level, drive, and confidence in public relations. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. - Adherence to a professional dress code. - Proficiency in utilizing a smartphone and possession of a current and valid state driver's license.
