Physician Liaison - Healthcare Sales

The Physician Liaison (PL) role at CORA involves driving new patient growth by establishing and maintaining communication with medical referral sources in the state of IL. You will utilize a consultative and relational sales approach to successfully bring in new patients, specifically for Initial Evaluations. CORA Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive range of outpatient services for clients with various conditions, including orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological issues. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or an Associates Degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales or healthcare. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in healthcare sales and/or B2B sales. Strong face-to-face communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently are essential. You must also possess a high level of energy, drive, and confidence in public relations, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as a Physician Liaison include developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, conducting sales calls and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM records, and addressing customer service calls from physicians. You will play a key role in identifying referral growth strategies, setting goals, and fostering professional relationships between physicians, their support staff, and CORA clinics.
