About Aios Medical

Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market global adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years.

Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the global accessibility of GLP-1 medications to accelerate their take-up to help solve obesity worldwide.

To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.

Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) & Bolt Pharmacy (UK).

Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.

In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company.

On being a Physician at Aios Medical

As a Physician, you’ll help us bring our proven care model to Indian patients, starting with structured GLP-1 prescribing and expanding as our operations grow. This isn’t just a clinical role — it’s a chance to shape how care is delivered in a brand-new market. You’ll help define what great, scalable, and reliable medical care looks like for Indian patients from day one, helping us shape workflows, documentation standards, and the overall care experience in India.

You’ll work closely with Kavish, India Lead on our expansion team.

This is a part-time, remote role, paid per consultation.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll deliver high-quality medical care for patients starting GLP-1 treatment. You’ll review intake details, evaluate eligibility, order and interpret labs, prescribe safely, and keep documentation sharp and reliable.

  • Patient evaluation: Review intake, history, symptoms, medications, and comorbidities to determine eligibility and risks.
  • Lab assessment: Order baseline labs, interpret results, and record clear clinical reasoning for every decision.
  • GLP-1 prescribing: Prescribe responsibly, manage titration, monitor side-effects, and set follow-up expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, audit-ready notes that make decisions easy to follow and verify.
  • Workflow insight: Identify friction points in patient flow and share practical feedback that improves reliability.
  • Iteration: Adapt as we scale. Help shape what safe, consistent, and scalable care looks like in India.


Need to Have

  • MBBS: Graduation from a recognised Indian medical college.
  • Registration: Active, unrestricted State Medical Council license.
  • Experience: 2+ years post-MBBS medical practice.
  • GLP-1 readiness: Ability to evaluate eligibility and prescribe safely (or willingness to upskill fast).
  • Documentation: Strong, clear clinical notes and structured decision-making.
  • Async workflows: Comfortable working with structured flows and remote systems.
  • Environment: Reliable internet + private space for patient work.


Nice to Have

  • Advanced training: MD/DNB or fellowship in Endocrinology.
  • GLP-1 experience: Prior prescribing or managing GLP-1 therapy.
  • High-volume care: Experience managing chronic conditions in structured or busy settings.
  • Process-minded: Comfortable using or shaping SOPs, workflows, and templates.
  • Interests: Metabolic health, preventive care, or scalable care models.
