About the Role We are looking for a Junior Laravel Developer with 6-12 months of experience to join our development team. This role requires fundamental knowledge of PHP and Laravel, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, test, and maintain Laravel-based web applications. 2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards. 3. Work with MySQL and other databases to ensure data integrity and performance. 4. Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless UI/UX integration. 5. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth functionality. 6. Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities. 7.Stay updated with Laravel framework updates and new technologies. 8.Follow agile development processes and participate in code reviews. Our Ideal Candidate: Experience: 6-12 months of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel. Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Skills: 1. Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. 2. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. 3. Basic knowledge of database management with MySQL or PostgreSQL. 4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 5.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 6.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): 1. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React. 2. Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Firebase. 3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 4.Basic knowledge of WordPress, cPanel, or Plesk.
