Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle Level 1 and Level 2 technical support requests related to WordPress. Maintain, update, and troubleshoot WordPress websites including plugin/theme conflicts and performance issues. Perform regular backups, security scans, and performance optimization. Create and configure new hosting instances for WordPress websites. Manage domain DNS settings, SSL certificates, and Cloudflare configurations. Migrate websites from one server to another with minimal downtime. Configure mail servers and troubleshoot email deliverability issues. Assist in basic design adjustments using page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.). Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and loading efficiently. Document solutions and technical processes for internal knowledge base. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in WordPress support or webmaster role. Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with cPanel/Plesk and various hosting environments. Familiarity with DNS, FTP, Cloudflare, and mail server configuration. Excellent written communication and basic verbal communication in English. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Good to Have: Understanding of SEO best practices. Knowledge of staging environments and version control (Git). Familiarity with website accessibility and compliance standards. Experience with security plugins and firewall management.
