Job Description

skilled PHP Developer with strong expertise in CodeIgniter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using

    PHP and CodeIgniter framework

  • Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following MVC architecture

  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

  • Work with front-end developers to integrate UI components

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

  • Maintain proper documentation of code and development processes

  • Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in

    PHP

  • Expert-level experience with CodeIgniter (CI 3 / CI 4)

  • Solid understanding of MVC architecture

  • Experience with MySQL

    database design and optimization
  • Knowledge of

    REST APIs

    and API integrations
  • Familiarity with

    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

  • Basic understanding of server environments (Apache / Nginx)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have:
  • Experience with

    AJAX, JSON

  • Experience with React.js or Vue.js (a plus)
