PHP Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP programming, databases, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
• Develop and consume REST APIs
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Maintain existing code and implement enhancements as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Core PHP
• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony preferred)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
• Strong understanding of MySQL database design & queries
• Familiarity with MVC architecture
• Experience with Git / version control systems
• Understanding of web security and performance optimization

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Laravel framework
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery
• Exposure to API integrations
• Basic knowledge of Linux server / hosting
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
