Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Continuously optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Requirements : Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong understanding of the Laravel framework. Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. Hands-on experience with payment gateway integrations , especially Stripe . Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git ) and deployment workflows. Understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
