Photography Specialist

Position: Senior Photographer & Videographer

Location: Jaipur

Working Days: 6 days a week

Maximum Salary Budget: ₹16,00,000 per annum

Interview Process: Virtual (Final CTC: 25–30% hike on current CTC)

Applicants must have prior experience working with luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Cinematography & Videography

• Conceptualize and direct brand films, behind-the-scenes content, and craft-driven narratives.
• Operate advanced camera systems and lighting setups for immersive video output.
• Deliver high-quality edits with professional-level sound design and grading.
• Create video content for various formats and digital platforms.

Photography & Visual Storytelling

• Conduct studio and on-location shoots focused on design detail and materiality.
• Compose and direct luxury lifestyle and product photography.
• Build and manage a rich visual archive for cross-platform usage.

Creative Direction & Production

• Collaborate with internal teams to define visual strategies.
• Lead pre-production tasks including scouting, styling, and shot planning.
• Ensure all visuals align with luxury brand standards and tone.

Post-Production & Asset Management

• Execute high-end retouching, color correction, and video editing.
• Maintain organized digital asset systems and ensure timely asset delivery.

Technical Expertise

• Manage professional equipment including DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, lighting rigs, gimbals, and modifiers.
• Troubleshoot issues during shoots and manage logistics end-to-end.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong storytelling abilities and eye for luxury aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of 3D/multi-dimensional product shoots and motion graphics.
• Effective communication and time management.
• Solution-driven mindset, collaborative nature, and ability to work under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, or Film & Digital Media.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in high-end photography/videography for luxury, design, interiors, or related sectors.
