Role Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor with advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for colour correction, retouching, and composition, and the ability to work collaboratively across creative projects. You will be responsible for transforming raw images into polished visuals that align with brand aesthetics and project goals. This includes editing product, fashion, lifestyle, and campaign photos with a strong emphasis on maintaining image quality and consistency. You should be adept at working under deadlines, managing multiple assignments, and offering creative input during photoshoots and post-production processes. Key Responsibilities Edit, retouch, and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop with high attention to detail. Perform colour correction, background cleanup, object removal, compositing, and image manipulation. Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and art directors to meet creative objectives. Ensure consistency in editing style across projects and uphold brand standards. Organise, manage, and archive photo files efficiently. Collaborate on visual concepts and offer input during pre- and post-production phases. Prepare images for print, digital, and social media channels in appropriate formats and resolutions. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in photo editing, retouching, or similar visual media roles. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop ; familiarity with Lightroom and Bridge is a plus. Strong understanding of colour theory, lighting, image composition, and visual aesthetics . Demonstrated experience with product, fashion, lifestyle, or editorial photo editing . Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under tight deadlines. Strong organisational and file management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect results. Familiarity with digital content platforms (e.g., Instagram, e-commerce, web design) is advantageous.
