Job Profile: Phlebotomist (Part-Time)

Location: Radiante Multispeciality, Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Part-Time)
Full-Time Option: Available for candidates capable of multitasking

Position Overview

Radiante Multispeciality is looking for an experienced and skilled Phlebotomist to join our clinical and diagnostic team. The candidate must have strong phlebotomy skills, good patient handling capability, and at least 2–3 years of experience. Part-time position with the option to shift to full-time for multitasking candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhlebotomy & Sample Management

• Perform blood sample collection using vacuum, syringe, and capillary techniques.
• Follow strict patient identification and verification protocols.
• Label, store, and manage samples accurately for timely laboratory processing.
• Handle fasting, PP, routine, and special test collections.
• Coordinate sample pickup and maintain logs.

Patient Handling

• Make patients comfortable and reduce anxiety during blood collection.
• Provide test preparation instructions (fasting, medication, hydration).

Clinic Support (For Full-Time Candidates)

• Assist front desk with patient registration and billing.
• Support OPD flow management.
• Maintain inventory of consumables (tubes, needles, syringes, vacutainers).
• Assist doctors during basic procedures when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

• DMLT, MLT, or certified phlebotomy training.
• Minimum Experience: 2–3 years (mandatory).
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask will allow consideration for full-time role.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day (morning preferred).
• Full-Time Option: 8–9 hours/day.
