Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our pharmacy operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and delivering high-quality patient care. Pharmacy Manager Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide leadership, management, and direction to all pharmacy personnel, ensuring effective utilization of resources and continuous quality improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of medication, including verification of medication orders, dispensing medications, and maintaining medication inventory.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare providers on safe and effective use of medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, and provide medication therapy management services.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the pharmacy, including controlling inventory, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and vendors.

Pharmacy Manager Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Certificates in pharmacy management or healthcare administration
  • Proficiency with pharmacy management software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Skills in budget management and financial planning
  • Continuous education and professional development in pharmacy practice
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing with the state board of pharmacy.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
