Job Description

As a Pharmacology Research Lead, you will be responsible for leading pharmacological research projects from inception to completion. You will design and conduct experiments to investigate drug efficacy and safety, analyze pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data, and develop dosage forms and delivery mechanisms for relevant therapeutic areas. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize research methodologies will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will prepare and present comprehensive reports on research findings, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines throughout the research process. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of clinical trials and studies, maintaining detailed records of research activities and outcomes, and contributing to the drafting of research publications and patent applications are also part of your responsibilities. Conducting literature reviews to inform research directions and staying updated with the latest advancements in pharmacology and related fields will be essential. Supporting training and mentoring initiatives for junior staff members, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging with external stakeholders are also key components of the role. Qualifications: - Doctorate degree (M.D.) in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. - Proven experience in pharmacology research or a related clinical environment. - Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism. - Familiarity with clinical trial design and execution. - Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. - Proficiency in using statistical software and tools. - Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance requirements. - Proficient in research methodologies and laboratory techniques. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Critical thinker with problem-solving capability. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Willingness to adapt to changing research environments.
