Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Daya General Hospital in Thrissur. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring proper storage of drugs, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and providing patients with appropriate information on medication usage. The role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and compliance with regulations related to pharmaceutical practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in compounding, preparing, and dispensing medications
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical drug types, dosages, and interactions
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and understand regulatory guidelines
• Strong communication and counseling skills for patient education
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping
• Familiarity with inventory management and medication storage best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in India
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
