Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end pharmacy operations — stock, sales, billing, expiry control, GRN, and daily closing. Increase sales and profitability by setting monthly targets, improving product mix, and training staff. Build and manage relationships with vendors, distributors, and suppliers. Handle B2B supply orders to nearby hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Track payments, dues, purchase orders, and credit settlements. Regularly update and maintain records in MocDoc or pharmacy software. Monitor trainee staff performance, assign duties, and maintain discipline. Plan and execute marketing and display strategies to improve visibility and walk-ins. Ensure compliance with drug license and statutory norms. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
