As a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales force to drive optimal sales operations. Your responsibilities will include guiding a team of dedicated sales representatives, strategizing to enhance market penetration and increase the company's product share. Developing and executing sales plans aligned with company objectives, as well as fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry, will be central to your role. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives. - Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives. - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - Monitor sales team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize sales efforts with promotional activities. - Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies. - Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to senior management periodically. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge and sales skills. - Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold customer satisfaction. - Develop and oversee sales budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability. - Utilize customer feedback to drive product development and improvement efforts.
