CSA PGT Chemistry (CBSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE syllabus and guidelines
• Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and assessments
• Conduct theory and practical classes, ensuring lab safety and proper documentation
• Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and internal assessments
• Set question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records
• Use innovative teaching methods, ICT tools, and experiments to enhance learning
• Provide academic support, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions for students
• Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school activities
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Undertake any additional academic responsibilities assigned by the management
