Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or Education with a focus on biological sciences. Proven experience in teaching biology at the secondary level. Strong knowledge of biological concepts and practical applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues. Ability to create innovative lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet student needs. Preferred Certification in Education or relevant teaching credentials. Experience with laboratory-based teaching and experiments. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
