Job Title: PF Trust Compliance Executive

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Kolkata (Remote) and Gurgaon (Onsite)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable PF Trust Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EPF challan generation processes.
• Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions.
• Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations.
• Prepare and file statutory reports
• Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in PF Trust or payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
