Role & responsibilities Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and meetings. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and telephone calls. Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate with departments for follow-ups, data collection, and status updates. Maintain filing system physical and digital. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items. Manage personal tasks and errands as required by the executive. Coordination with clients, vendors, and senior professionals. Handle event planning and guest coordination for office functions. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Time management and multitasking ability
