Job Description

Location: Greenways Road, Chennai (Work from Office ONLY).

Experience: 7 years plus till 15 years ONLY.

Segment: Educational Trust of a reputed top Indian Conglomerate.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, receiving messages and responding to emails
Preparing the conference room for presentations and meetings
Researching business functions or projects on behalf of the employer
Monitoring office systems, such as files and digital data, for efficiency
Performing errands, such as shopping and managing utility bills, and household supplies
Welcoming visitors, determining their purpose and directing or assisting them to their destination
Coordinating all aspects of travel and accompanying the employer to provide assistance
Overseeing varied financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
Compiling comprehensive reports and briefs, and storing important documents safely
Working with the administrative team to generate accurate spreadsheets
Receiving and sending deliveries and sorting incoming mail and delivering to departments
Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and restocking to facilitate smooth operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
