Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Position: Personal Secretary to Founder & MD – Citrus Group & Chief Visionary – Kerala Business Network (KBN) Location: Kochi, Kerala Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience) About the Role We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and committed Personal Secretary to assist our Founder & Managing Director of Citrus Group and Chief Visionary of KBN. This role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of adaptability to support diverse business activities across multiple ventures. Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Founder. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters. Assist in event planning, networking programs, and official engagements. Accompany the Founder during business travel and ensure smooth execution of itineraries. Maintain task lists, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action points. Requirements Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are welcome. Experienced candidates (1–5 years in a similar role) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Professional appearance, etiquette, and a positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Willingness to travel frequently; company will provide accommodation and necessities during travel. Compensation Freshers: ₹20,000 per month. Experienced candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
