Personal Secretary to Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle all correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Assist in personal tasks, errands, or special projects as directed by the executive.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role (2–5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,333.34 - ₹20,477.10 per month
