(OUTSTATION CANDIDATES MAY NOT APPLY) Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle all correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Assist in personal tasks, errands, or special projects as directed by the executive. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role (2–5 years) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism Ability to work independently and under pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,333.34 - ₹20,477.10 per month Application Question(s): Are you from Goa?
