Personal Secretary

Role Overview: As a staff supervisor stationed at carts, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the team and report directly to the Employer. You will also be in charge of tracking stock counts and maintaining sales records across all locations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating quality leads for sub-franchise opportunities, new cart/store locations, events and catering opportunities, as well as market intelligence such as competition, trends, and pricing. Your role will involve connecting with the right contacts and passing leads to the Employer for deal closure. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining Excel sheets and business records as per the provided instructions. Providing secretarial and event support to the Employer and attending events, meetings, and parties alongside the Employer will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise staff stationed at carts and report directly to the Employer. - Track stock counts and maintain sales records across all locations. - Identify and generate quality leads for: - Sub-franchise opportunities - New cart/store locations - Events and catering opportunities - Market intelligence (competition, trends, pricing, etc.) - Connect with the right contacts and pass leads to the Employer for deal closure. - Maintain Excel sheets and business records as instructed. - Provide secretarial and event support to the Employer. - Attend events, meetings, and parties alongside the Employer. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Hindi and English is required. - Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Note: The job type for this position is full-time and permanent.
