Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a senior executive or individual. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, messages), and prioritize responses Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue booking and material preparation Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations Run personal errands and manage household or personal matters, if required Act as a liaison between the principal and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion Organize and maintain files, both digital and paper Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently High level of discretion and confidentiality Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Experience in the industry relevant to the employer (e.g., entertainment, finance, tech) Familiarity with project management tools and basic bookkeeping Work Environment: May include occasional travel or remote work Flexible hours may be required, including evenings and weekends if interested share profiles on - srexechr1@symbiosis.ac.in Show more Show less
